Jumeirah Al Naseem in Dubai seeks a Technical Supervisor to lead the Engineering Department, ensuring safe, efficient operations across all hotel facilities.

You will supervise a team of engineers, monitor maintenance programs, and uphold brand standards in a luxury, 5-star environment with excellent career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Mechanical or Electrical diploma or equivalent.
• Understand HVAC and Electrical Systems.
• Problem solving and follow up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Engineering Department team leaders and staff.
• Inspect completed maintenance and repairs for quality and adherence to standards.
• Support implementation and monitoring of JEMS, including Fire, Life & Safety Matrix, PPM, and Work Order Systems.
• Address staff grievances, suggestions, and complaints, escalating issues to the Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer when necessary.
• Ensure familiarity and compliance with all Engineering Department policies, processes, and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned by management.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Supervisor to join Jumeirah Al Naseem.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Supervise daily operations of Engineering Department team leaders and staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Inspect completed maintenance and repair work to verify quality and adherence to standards
• Support implementation and monitoring of JEMS, including Fire, Life & Safety Matrix, PPM, and Work Order Systems
