Job summary

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is seeking a Team Leader - Outlet to support the Outlet Manager in running the outlet per brand standards and concept. The role requires delivering courteous, professional service with flexibility to meet guest expectations in a dynamic hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality or tourism management background and at least 2 years in hotel operations, with strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills to excel in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
