GMG is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager in Dubai to optimize fleet utilization, reduce costs and boost productivity across UAE operations. You will lead a high-performing team of drivers, coordinate vehicle scheduling and maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance and manage tolls, permits and insurance.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external workshops will be essential to keep the fleet productive and aligned with budgets.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate vehicle scheduling and allocation.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, repairs and inspections.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and company policies.
• Supervise a team of fleet drivers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage fleet-related expenses (maintenance, permits, insurance, fuel, tolls).
• Facilitate management-team communication.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with workshops and users.
• Arrange vehicles for RTA inspection.

• Fleet Efficiency: Optimize fleet utilization reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely and effective fleet services to internal stakeholders.
• Compliance: Maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Cost Management: Manage fleet-related expenses including maintenance fuel and tolls.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vehicle scheduling and allocation.
• Manage vehicle maintenance repairs and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Supervise a team of fleet drivers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage fleet-related expenses (maintenance permit insurance fuel tolls registration).
• Conduct toll balance checks and manage top-ups.
• Facilitate management-team communication.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with workshops and users.
• Arrange vehicles for RTA inspection.
