Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and evaluate the operation of all functions of transportation and maintenance of fleet with external suppliers.
• Develop and implement controls to guard against revenue spillage and ensure workshops are managed for rent readiness.
• Direct execution of operating policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Manage revenue and expense goals, day-to-day operations and staff development.
• Ensure vehicles are operated efficiently and establish performance reporting systems.
• Install and monitor telematics equipment and promote best practices across the company.
• Evaluate operating procedures and create centralized practices for uniform performance.
• Lead crisis management and be available for weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsible for the strategic management of our vehicle fleet, your role will involve optimizing vehicle utilization, ensuring maintenance standards, and implementing efficiency measures. As a key player, you will contribute to the seamless functioning of our fleet, fostering growth and success in the ever-evolving landscape of mobility

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and evaluate the operation of all functions of the transportation and maintenance of fleet with the involvement of external suppliers, including: washing, maintenance and repairs;
• Develop, and implement controls to guard against revenue spillage and ensure that car workshops are properly managed to ensure that our vehicles are ready for rent;
• Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies and procedures to support overall company policies and objectives;
• Manage revenue and expense goals, day-to-day operations and the continued development and advancement of staff;
• Ensure that vehicles are operated efficiently;
• Establish and monitor performance-reporting systems (i.e. track performance against goals, ensure car workshop managers provide quality regular reports, and provide regular updates to the CEO and the CFO);
• Installation and monitoring of telematics equipment ;
• Regularly evaluate operating procedures and create centralized best practices to ensure uniform performance throughout the company;
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
