Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in Dubai is seeking a Guest Relations Executive with a strong luxury F&B background to welcome guests and ensure a memorable experience.

You will coordinate dining reservations, assist VIP guests, and provide in-depth knowledge of in-house dining themes and local highlights, while delivering personalized service in a multi-cultural, five-star setting.

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in guest-facing role in luxury hospitality.
• Proficient in English; second language (Russian or European languages) desirable.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Micros, and SevenRooms.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, memorable welcome for every guest with personalised attention.
• Coordinate dining reservations and special occasions to ensure flawless experiences.
• Recommend signature dishes and beverage pairings with menu knowledge and guest preferences.
• Deliver attentive service to VIP and regular guests by anticipating needs and recalling preferences.
• Act as key contact for guest enquiries with knowledge of in-house dining themes and local highlights.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Create a warm and memorable welcome for every guest, offering personalised attention and seamless introductions to service colleagues.


• Coordinate dining reservations and special occasions, ensuring a flawless experience through thoughtful planning and execution.


• Recommend signature dishes and beverage pairings with confidence, drawing on deep menu knowledge and understanding of guest preferences.


• Deliver attentive service to VIP and regular guests by anticipating their needs, recalling their preferences, and elevating each visit.


• Act as the key point of contact for guest enquiries, offering detailed knowledge of in-house dining themes and local highlights.


• Handle guest feedback and special requests gracefully and promptly, turning moments of dissatisfaction into lasting positive impressions.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• One or two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded restaurant.


• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms.


• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
