Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Manager - Tax Data and Digital Solutions to accelerate the digitalization of Group Tax Operations through data engineering, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

You will own tax data governance, develop SAP-derived outputs, and deliver auditable processes, while aligning with UAE tax requirements.

This role requires hands-on technical capability and collaboration with Finance, IT, and external partners to move solutions into operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 4-7 years delivering data, automation, or AI solutions in enterprise or shared services environments.
• At least 2 years of hands-on solution development experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language capability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end tax data set supporting VAT, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, and e-invoicing across Al-Futtaim Group entities.
• Develop and maintain data extraction, mapping, and transformation routines.
• Produce clean, traceable, auditable tax data from SAP source systems.
• Design automated data quality checks and remediation workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities using Python, Power Platform, RPA, and AI/ML.
• Build dashboards and analytics for tax compliance status and reporting.
