Job summary

Al-Futtaim, in Dubai, seeks a Tax Technology Manager to design and run technology solutions for Group Tax across jurisdictions. You will shape data sourcing from ERP/Finance, build analytics to detect trends, support tax modeling and AI adoption, and lead governance for data and reporting.

The role covers dashboard design, stakeholder engagement, vendor oversight, and training to enable Tax technology across the organization.

Qualifications

Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Proficiency in data preparation and analytics tooling.
Ability to translate tax review needs into data specs and analytics with project management.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and operate the Group Tax technology data roadmap.
Oversee sourcing and structuring of tax data from ERP/Finance systems.
Develop templates and tools for reviewing tax positions and filings.
Create analytics across tax, VAT, withholding tax, TP and Pillar Two data.
Evaluate AI use cases and ensure output validation and user enablement.
Prepare data for modelling and Pillar Two impact assessments.
Design dashboards and trackers for compliance visibility and management reports.
Maintain audit-ready data methodologies and ERP upgrade alignment.
Manage stakeholders across Tax, Finance and IT; oversee external vendors.
Deliver training and enablement within Group Tax.
