Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai seeks a Tax Technology Manager to lead the design, implementation, and operation of technology solutions for Group Tax across jurisdictions. You will manage data sourcing and analytics, support tax modelling and audit defence, and drive controlled adoption of AI within Tax.

You will oversee data quality from ERP/Finance systems, create standardized review tools, and develop dashboards for senior management to monitor tax exposures, compliance deadlines, and audits.

Qualifications

• Fluent English能力 in written and spoken form.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in data preparation and analytics tools.
• Ability to translate tax review and audit requirements into data specifications and analytics; strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the Group Tax technology and data roadmap.
• Coordinate data sourcing and structuring from ERP and Finance systems; ensure data quality for tax review.
• Create standardised templates and tools for tax review and filings; address exceptions.
• Build analytics across corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing and Pillar Two data; identify anomalies and trends.
• Evaluate and manage AI use cases within Group Tax; ensure validation and documentation for AI outputs.
• Prepare data for modelling and sensitivity analysis; support effective tax rate analysis and Pillar Two impact assessments.
• Design and maintain dashboards and trackers for compliance visibility; report tax exposures, audits and deadlines to senior management.
• Maintain methodologies and audit-ready records for Group Tax data; ensure ERP change impacts are captured and reported.
