Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Manager of Tax Services | Data & Digital to drive the digital transformation of Tax Operations in the UAE. You will own the tax data ecosystem, build automation with Python and AI, and lead data governance to ensure accurate VAT, corporate tax, and e-invoicing reporting.

The role requires 4–7 years delivering data/automation/AI solutions in enterprise settings, fluent English, and a degree in a related discipline.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
4-7 years delivering data, automation, or AI solutions in enterprise, shared services, government, or consulting.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Hands-on build experience with data/automation projects.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end tax data set for VAT, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, and e-invoicing.
Build data extraction, mapping, and transformation routines.
Design automated data quality and reconciliation checks.
Develop, test, and deploy Python/Power Platform automation and AI solutions.
Support UAE e-invoicing data integration and regulatory readiness.
Create dashboards and analytics for compliance, calendar, and risk indicators.
Ensure governance, controls, and IT security in all digital solutions.
Engage stakeholders and train Tax Operations users on new tools.
