Job summary

Miral Experiences is seeking a Talent Development Lead to shape and deliver its learning and development strategy across parks and corporate functions. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design, facilitate, and evaluate impactful learning solutions that support objectives and colleague growth.

You will manage the full learning cycle, deliver engaging sessions, create digital content, and maintain learning records while advancing Emiratization and internship initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Train-the-Trainer certification (ATD, ISTD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Certification in Facilitation (ATD) or Coaching (ICF) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and HR to identify learning needs and align initiatives with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end learning cycle: needs analysis, design, facilitation, implementation and evaluation.
• Design and deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning solutions.
• Facilitate workshops on leadership, soft skills, professional development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Create digital learning content using Articulate, VYond, and other e-learning tools.
• Support IDP implementation with Talent Management teams.
• Maintain accurate learning records and monitor outcomes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Miral and collaborate to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
• Support Emiratization initiatives and contribute to internship, cross-training, and multi-skilling programs.

About the Role

As a Talent Development Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Miral's learning and development strategy. Working closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and stakeholders across our parks and corporate functions, you will design, facilitate, and evaluate impactful learning solutions that support business objectives and colleague development.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify learning needs and align development initiatives with business goals.
• Manage the end-to-end learning cycle, including needs analysis, program design, facilitation, implementation, and evaluation.
• Design and deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning solutions.
• Facilitate workshops focused on leadership, soft skills, professional development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Create digital learning content using tools such as Articulate, VYond, and other e-learning platforms.
• Support Individual Development Plan (IDP) implementation in collaboration with the Talent Management team.
• Maintain accurate learning records and monitor learning outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Miral through regular engagement, park visits, and business interactions.
• Collaborate with departments to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.

Talent Initiatives

• Support Miral's Emiratization strategy through learning and development initiatives.
• Contribute to internship, cross-training, and multi-skilling programs as required.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Train-the-Trainer certification (ATD, ISTD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Certification in Facilitation (ATD) or Coaching (ICF) is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development experience covering both program design and facilitation.
• Experience within Hospitality, Retail, Entertainment, Theme Parks, or related service industries is highly desirable.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Learning Needs Analysis, ADDIE methodology, facilitation techniques, learning evaluation models, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with digital learning authoring tools and content creation platforms is an advantage.
