Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking an ambitious professional for our Learning & Development and Talent Management team in the UAE. You will design and manage programmes for graduates, trainees, interns, and emerging talent, aligning with Emiratization priorities and organizational needs.

The role focuses on competency-based development, career pathways, and transformational learning initiatives, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration, analytics, and scalability across the bank.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
• Banking/Financial Services experience in large complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance graduate, trainee, internship, and emerging-talent programmes.
• Develop career pathways and transition programmes for employees.
• Apply the competency framework across development journeys and learning interventions.
• Design and maintain competency-based learning pathways for graduates and early-career employees.
• Coordinate governance, reporting, and evaluation across early careers and career development programmes.
• Lead development milestones, readiness criteria and development planning frameworks.
• Oversee rotational assignments, mentoring, coaching interventions and action-learning opportunities.
• Monitor progress and identify improvement opportunities to strengthen talent pipelines.
