Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an AVP, UAEN Development to drive learning and development for assigned portfolios in the UAE. You will support training design, delivery, and day-to-day administration aligned with the Emiratization strategy.

The role covers planning L&D programs, coordinating with internal teams and external training vendors, and measuring ROI to optimize budgets. A strong banking background and project management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HR) or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training/learning & development.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports and implements the learning & development programmes for allocated UAE Nationals across different business areas.
• Manages Emiratis' bespoke development programs and UAE Nationals' growth.
• Ensures compliance with internal quality standards.
• Delivers on the training needs analysis.
• Oversees the design of all business-related trainings and coordinates delivery.
• Liaises with external trainers or training vendors at local, regional, and global levels to provide best-in-class training.
