Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of L&D experience with training design, facilitation and delivery.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end learning cycle design and delivery.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and program development.
• Deliver engaging workshops and create online content (Articulate, other tools).
• Maintain learning records and support reporting.
• Collaborate with Talent Management for IDP implementation.
• Support Emiratization and internship initiatives.
