Big Ticket in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Learning and Development Lead to build and enhance the company's learning capabilities during a period of transformation. Your role will focus on designing learning frameworks, managing the Learning Management System, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

We require a strong consultant with experience in talent development and a proven track record in delivering impactful programs. A degree in HR or a related field is essential, alongside substantial experience in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in HR, Business, Training and Development, or a related discipline is essential.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD would be beneficial.
• Extensive experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or Organisational Development required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance learning and development capability to support business transformation.
• Design and manage blended learning, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
• Own and shape the employee engagement survey approach linked to L&D.
• Create structured onboarding journeys for new hires from day one.
