Job summary

Miral Experiences seeks a Talent Development Lead to drive the learning and development strategy across our theme parks and attractions. You will partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs, design solutions, and deliver engaging experiences that support growth and excellence.

You will design online and in‑person content using Articulate and VYond, manage records across LMS platforms, and support Individual Development Plans in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Train the Trainer Certification (ATD / ISTD) preferred.
• Facilitation Certification (ATD) or Coaching Certification (ICF) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development experience.
• Strong background in training design, facilitation, and delivery.
• Experience within Hospitality, Retail, Leisure, Attractions, or Theme Park industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end learning initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Perform Learning Needs Analysis and design innovative learning solutions.
• Deliver engaging workshops and digital content using Articulate and VYond.
• Manage learning records, reporting, and IDP support with Talent Management.

Role Overview

Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and helping people reach their full potential? Miral is seeking a Talent Development Lead to drive our learning and development strategy, empowering colleagues across our world‑class attractions and experiences.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, design innovative development solutions, and deliver engaging learning experiences that support business objectives. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand departmental and park‑specific learning requirements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular engagement, park visits, and special events.
• Ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business priorities and organizational goals.

Learning & Development

• Manage the end‑to‑end learning cycle, including:
• Learning Needs Analysis
• Program Design & Development
• Training Delivery & Facilitation
• Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
• Deliver engaging and impactful workshops focused on technical, knowledge‑based, and soft‑skill development for employees at all levels.
• Design and develop innovative online learning content using tools such as Articulate and VYond.
• Launch and manage learning solutions across platforms including Viva Engage, Loop, LMS, and Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain accurate learning records and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Talent Management team to support Individual Development Plan (IDP) implementation.

Supporting Talent Initiatives

• Support Miral’s Emiratization strategy in collaboration with the Emiratization team.
• Contribute to internship programs, cross‑training initiatives, and multiskilling projects.

Education

Essential

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field

Experience
