Responsibilities

• Drive the development of strategic operational business plans.
• Define and lead global talent development strategy.
• Design leadership frameworks for various career levels.
• Build career frameworks including mentoring and development plans.
• Oversee development of competency frameworks.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Partner to identify critical roles and talent gaps.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
• Lead and manage the talent development team.
