Virtua Advanced Solution in Dubai seeks a Recruitment Specialist to drive sourcing, screening and hiring across departments. You will design processes, track hiring metrics, ensure legal compliance and coordinate interview logistics to attract top talent.

Collaborate with hiring managers, develop robust recruiting procedures, coach the team, and deliver high‑quality hires through diverse channels and proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Attends career fairs, open houses, and events to attract top candidates.
• Reviews recruitment policies to ensure effective selection techniques.
• Establishes operational hiring metrics to measure efficiency of the process.
• Participates in special projects as assigned.
• Ensures compliance with laws affecting recruiting and screening functions.
• Facilitates interview scheduling, candidate travel logistics, and interview assessments.
• Requests references and checks suitability before submission to departments.
• Conducts research studies and drafts reports with findings and recommendations.
• Devises sourcing plans from internal and external channels and coordinates with employees for finalizing interviewing panels.
• Assists in developing effective recruiting strategies.
• Develops and conducts training sessions on recruiting practices for departments.
• Designs and implements robust recruiting procedures for consistent results.
• Motivates and provides direction to the recruitment team with feedback on expectations and achievements.
• Supervises the Recruiting Services team to deliver impeccable service to every department.
• Handles recruitment activities including posting vacancies, resourcing, shortlisting, assessing candidates and offer letters.
• Any additional responsibilities as advised by the Line Manager or Head of Department.
