Job summary

Travel Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes in Dubai, UAE. You will also support visa and employment procedures in coordination with PROs, maintaining full compliance with UAE Labour Law.

You will maintain employee records, advise managers on HR policies, and collaborate with leaders to boost engagement, retention and performance while upholding the company values.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for assigned departments.

• Assist with employee relations matters including grievances, investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement, retention and performance.
• Collaborate with HR on Talent Development, Wellbeing and Health & Safety initiatives.

• Support all visa and employment processes in coordination with PROs maintaining full compliance with UAE Labour Law.




• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems (Workday Enboarder etc.) while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.




• Provide clear and practical guidance on HR policies procedures and legislation to managers and employees alike.




• Assist with employee relations mattersincluding grievances investigations and disciplinary actions while upholding fairness and discretion.




• Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement retention and performance through proactive HR support.




• Collaborate with HR colleagues on initiatives in Talent Development Wellbeing and Health & Safety.




• Represent our company values with professionalism integrity and respect in every interaction.

Key Requirements

• 23 years HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding (UAE experience preferred).




• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.




• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.




• Passion for HR excellence and continuous improvement.
