Job summary

ITP Media Group in Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate/Specialist to own the recruitment lifecycle for junior and mid-level roles, delivering a seamless candidate experience and partnering with the People team in a fast-paced media house.

You will conduct first-round screenings, source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms, post job descriptions, review applications, and coordinate interviews while maintaining accurate ATS records and reporting on progress.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience or similar roles.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first-round phone or video screening interviews for junior to mid-level roles.
• Source candidates proactively on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Post job descriptions across internal and external channels.
• Review inbound applications daily and flag strong candidates.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track feedback.
• Coordinate reference and background checks as needed.
• Participate in weekly sessions with the Senior TA Partner.
• Support recruitment events, campus engagements, and diversity sourcing.
