Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 5–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in multi-entity/group structure
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Update recruitment tracker weekly and maintain applicant tracking for all openings
• Hold monthly workforce planning meetings with department heads
• Benchmark compensation against market and report discrepancies
• Work to reduce turnover and improve retention through mentorship and support to new hires
• Use various sourcing methods to identify candidates and manage interview process
• Coordinate interview schedules, invitations, and evaluations in D365
• Collaborate with Head of Department on interview feedback and candidate communication
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles
• Support employer branding via career fairs, social media, and partnerships
