Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client-facing recruitment experience
• Experience in LifeScience (Medical Devices/Pharma) is a plus
• Experience recruiting in emerging markets across MENA is advantageous
• Face-to-face and online interviewing including competency-based interviews
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing
• Strong attention to detail and coordinating admin tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus
• Experience with SuccessFactors ATS is a plus
• Knowledge of Russian, Turkish or Arabic is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop job descriptions and lead strategy meetings with hiring managers
• Identify candidates via Boolean searches, social networking, referrals, and CRM
• Conduct interviews evaluating experience, education, training, skills, and knowledge
• Create and execute strategies to increase candidate flow and diverse sourcing
• Coach Hiring Managers and coordinate the selection process
• Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive job offers
