Job summary

ITP Media Group in Dubai seeks a Talent Acquisition Associate/Specialist to own key pieces of the recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level roles. You’ll manage screening, sourcing, posting, scheduling, and candidate experience, collaborating with the People team across fast-paced projects.

Bring 2–3 years in talent acquisition, excellent communication, and familiarity with sourcing tools. Experience in media/publishing is a bonus; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first-round phone or video screenings for junior to mid-level roles.
• Source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Post job descriptions across channels and publish timely.
• Review applications daily and flag strong candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS.
• Support recruitment events and pipelines.
