Job summary

ITP Media Group in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented HR Associate to support day-to-day HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, payroll coordination and offboarding.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and trusted with confidential information; able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build strong relationships with staff and management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Operations or HR Generalist.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee relations.
• Experience with HR management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, contracts, HR systems, and other documentation.
• Coordinate the monthly payroll process, including attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, allowances, incentives, and salary changes, and work closely with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
• Manage and monitor attendance, leave, working hours, and employee records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, leave, attendance, and general HR queries.
• Support employee relations, including handling employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues in a professional and confidential manner.
• Coordinate employee benefits such as medical insurance, allowances, and other company benefits, including liaising with external providers where required.
• Support the performance management process, including probation confirmations, performance reviews, appraisals, promotions, and salary revisions.
• Assist with employee onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, and the offboarding/exit process, including documentation and final settlement coordination.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, company events, and activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain trackers relating to headcount, payroll, attendance, leave, employee movements, and other HR metrics.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively and applied consistently across the organization.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive
