• Highly organised, resilient and delivery-focused.
• UAE construction recruitment experience is an advantage.

This role is ideal for a highly driven recruiter who can manage multiple mandates across different construction disciplines, work under significant pressure, and consistently deliver quality hires within demanding timelines.

Key Requirements

• Mandatory: Proven recruitment experience within the construction/contracting industry.
• Experience working directly with construction businesses is highly preferred.
• Recruitment agency candidates will be considered if they specialise specifically in construction recruitment.
• Strong experience managing multiple vacancies and mandates simultaneously.
• Ability to source and assess construction professionals across different disciplines.
