Job summary

Arada in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across Development & Design functions, including Architecture, Interior Design, Development and Construction Project Management.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in recruitment within real estate, construction, engineering or design, with strong sourcing, UAE/GCC market knowledge, and a proven track record of building pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in real estate development, construction, engineering, architecture or design sectors.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience building talent pipelines and managing end-to-end recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs across Development & Design teams.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and market mapping initiatives.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber professionals across the built environment sector.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide hiring managers with candidate assessments and recommendations.
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning initiatives.
