Job summary

Kaizen in Dubai is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment in the UAE. You will optimize processes, systems and sourcing strategies to meet business hiring needs with a data-driven approach.

Experience in real estate, property management or facilities management is strongly preferred. You will partner with hiring managers, drive hiring decisions and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment with end-to-end ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Business; certifications a plus.
• Deep knowledge of UAE market, real estate or facilities management recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing through assessment, offer and handover to onboarding.
• Translate workforce plans into recruitment priorities and pipelines.
• Own and optimize the ATS, ensuring effective workflows, accurate data, reporting and consistent adoption across the recruitment process.
• Build sourcing strategies and proactively identify talent for current and upcoming business needs.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve sourcing, screening, recruitment efficiency and reporting while maintaining human judgement.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and support better hiring decisions.
• Strengthen structured interviewing and candidate assessment practices across the business.
• Build market knowledge across UAE talent pools and compensation.
• Track and report TA KPIs and recruitment performance.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools and hiring effectiveness.

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and strengthen our end-to-end recruitment function in the UAE.

You will be responsible for ensuring we have the right recruitment processes, systems and sourcing strategies in place to meet business hiring needs. This role requires someone who is proactive, data-driven and confident working with hiring managers, while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire and candidate experience.

Experience within real estate, property management or facilities management is strongly preferred.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing through assessment, offer and handover to onboarding.
• Translate workforce plans and upcoming hiring needs into clear recruitment priorities and proactive talent pipelines.
• Own and optimize the ATS, ensuring effective workflows, accurate data, reporting and consistent adoption across the recruitment process.
• Build strong sourcing strategies and proactively identify relevant talent for current and upcoming business needs.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve sourcing, screening, recruitment efficiency and reporting while maintaining appropriate human judgement.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, challenge where needed and support better hiring decisions.
• Strengthen structured interviewing and candidate assessment practices across the business.
• Build market knowledge across relevant UAE talent pools, compensation levels and competitor activity.
• Track and report key TA KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention, source effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools and overall hiring effectiveness.

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, including end-to-end recruitment ownership and ideally team leadership.
• Strong ATS and recruitment process expertise, including reporting, TA KPIs and effective use of recruitment systems.
• Strong and accurate sourcing skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and engaging relevant talent ahead of hiring needs.
• Digital & AI fluency, with practical experience using technology to improve sourcing, screening and recruitment operations.
• Strong personality and stakeholder confidence — able to challenge requirements, influence hiring managers and drive accountability.
• UAE market knowledge, preferably with real estate, property management or facilities management recruitment experience.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with a clear focus on quality of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
