Job summary

Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER, a UAE-based retail group, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across corporate, retail and F&B brands. You will develop and execute TA strategy, manage end-to-end recruitment, and build pipelines with agencies, universities and partners, while ensuring UAE regulations compliance.

Lead a TA team, mentor recruiters, and drive employer branding to attract top talent across locations.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in retail, F&B or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment practices and recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business needs.
• Lead recruitment across brands, departments and locations with hiring managers.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Advise on market conditions, candidate availability and hiring strategies.
• Build and coach the Talent Acquisition team to meet targets.
