Job summary

Joud Coffee in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Recruitment Lead to manage and coach the internal team, distribute requisitions, and set performance targets. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment for high-volume F&B operations and specialized roles, ensuring SOPs are followed and data hygiene is maintained in the ATS.

You will develop sourcing strategies across GulfTalent, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and events; partner with department heads to forecast needs and calibrate selection criteria;

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruitment teams and setting KPIs.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment for high-volume operations.
• Experience with external agencies and vendor management.
• Strong data literacy and ATS administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and guide the internal recruitment team to drive performance.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume F&B Operations and specialized Support Services roles.
• Liaison with external recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and third-party manpower suppliers.
• Act as the internal Company administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring clean data and pipeline hygiene.
• Develop sourcing strategies using GulfTalent, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and career fairs.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and calibrate selection criteria.
• Define, track, and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
