Job summary

Vanderlande in Dubai, UAE is seeking an HR Intern – Talent Acquisition (6 Months-Contract) to gain practical experience in recruitment administration. You will support day-to-day tasks, post vacancies, coordinate interviews, and help maintain candidate records in the ATS while assisting the team with various recruitment activities.

The role is based in Dubai and welcomes fresh graduates with strong English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment administrative tasks.
• Assist with posting and maintaining job vacancies across recruitment platforms and portals.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Send interview invitations, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with CV management, candidate data entry, and recruitment records.
• Support preparation and filing of recruitment-related documents.
• Assist with reference check coordination and documentation when required.
• Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders on interview schedules and recruitment activities.
• Prepare recruitment-related reports, trackers, and status updates.
• Support other recruitment coordination and administrative activities.
