TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month outsourced contract based in Dubai. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, drive high-volume hiring, and partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs.

• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across functions
• Ability to drive high-volume recruitment with strong candidate quality and experience
• Proven collaboration with business leaders, hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Strong talent pipeline development for niche and leadership roles
• Experience providing market intelligence and recruitment metrics to leadership

• Proactively source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and market mapping
• Provide market intelligence on salary trends, competitor activity and hiring challenges
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership
• Act as trusted TA partner offering guidance on strategy and market conditions
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment practices across UAE and KSA
• Ensure activities align with company policies and local employment requirements

Job Title – Talent Acquisition Partner

6 Months Contract Type – Outsourced Duration – 6 months extendable

Work Location – Dubai

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding, across multiple functions.
• Drive high-volume recruitment while maintaining strong candidate quality, engagement, and experience.
• Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, niche, and leadership positions.
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, Linked In, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights, including talent availability, salary trends, competitor activity, and hiring challenges.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and market updates to leadership.
• Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner to business stakeholders, providing guidance on recruitment strategy, market conditions, and talent availability.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of recruitment best practices, processes, and sourcing strategies across UAE and KSA.
• Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies, recruitment standards, and applicable local employment requirements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain an effective talent network for future hiring requirements.
