Job summary

Wavetec in Dubai is seeking an HR Executive to lead local recruitment, screen candidates over calls, and schedule entrance tests and interviews. You will attend recruitment drives, maintain candidate records, and coordinate with regional line managers to resolve queries.

You will keep the employee database updated for local and global staff, update organograms monthly, and work with Marketing to create job postings.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
• At least one year of recruitment experience in the IT industry.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for local recruitment.
• Screen candidates on call and schedule entrance tests/interviews.
• Attend recruitment drives and maintain candidate data.
• Maintain employee database for local and global staff; coordinate with regional managers.
• Update organograms monthly for all departments.
• Coordinate with Marketing for recruitment postings and content updates.
• Maintain recruitment drives budget and timely approvals.
• Facilitate all personnel requisitions and new hires; resolve recruitment issues.
• Sourcing talent via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Assist in employee onboarding and offer, appointment letters.
• Maintain KPI reports and weekly HR updates.

Education
