Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and support the organization's hiring requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various functions. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong candidate pipelines, and the capability to deliver effective recruitment solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.


• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.


• Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms and professional networks.


• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.


• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and role suitability.


• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.


• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.


• Prepare recruitment reports, maintain candidate databases, and update recruitment trackers.


• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.


• Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding activities.


• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and provide suitable hiring solutions.


• Monitor recruitment trends and recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.


• Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the UAE.


• Strong experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.


• Hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.


• Excellent interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills.


• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize hiring requirements.


• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred.


• Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume recruitment across multiple departments.


• Knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and employment market trends.


• Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
