Job summary

Gulbahar Tobacco International Fze seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, from requirements gathering to onboarding, across functions. The role emphasizes sourcing strategies, interviewing, and candidate onboarding to meet business hiring needs.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of UAE-based experience, strong communication skills, and expertise with ATS and recruitment tools to build pipelines and deliver quality candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize hiring requirements.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms and professional networks.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and role suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports, maintain candidate databases, and update recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding activities.
• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and provide suitable hiring solutions.
• Monitor recruitment trends and recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
