Clear Engineering partners with a Data Centre Start-Up to build their global Talent Acquisition function in Dubai, appointing an Associate Director to lead recruitment across projects worldwide.

You will shape strategy for construction, engineering and real estate roles, engage senior candidates up to C-Suite, mentor teams, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding and integration.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in Construction, Engineering or Real Estate recruitment.
• Experience managing and leading a team.
• Proven recruitment experience at a Senior level.

Responsibilities

• Play a key part in global talent acquisitions strategy.
• Engage with senior-level candidates up to C-Suite and manage them through recruitment.
• Hire across multiple project verticals within construction and real estate.
• Negotiate compensation and packages to attract top talent.
• Facilitate a positive candidate experience from offer to integration.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure smooth transition into roles.
