Job summary

AMOUAGE seeks a Manager - Talent Acquisition & Talent Management to lead talent strategies across our global operations, collaborating with the VP of HR and leaders to drive performance, development, and growth.

You will design scalable recruitment, manage performance programs, and deliver learning initiatives for international teams while ensuring EVP alignment and organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in performance management or talent development.
• Experience designing scalable recruitment and development initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable recruitment strategies and pipelines.
• Lead performance management programs and succession planning.
• Develop and deliver training programs; measure impact.
• Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to align programs across regions.
• Ensure consistent recruitment practices with local adaptation; support leadership development.
