Job summary

House of Amouage is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Dubai. You will support end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement and onboarding for our international operations within a luxury environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in recruitment or HR, strong English communication, and a proactive, people-focused approach. Luxury/fashion experience is a plus, with familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in Recruitment or HR.
• Fashion, luxury, or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, curious, and people-focused.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
