Job summary

AMOUAGE seeks a Manager - Talent Acquisition & Talent Management to lead recruitment, performance management, and development programmes across our global operations, reporting to the VP of HR.

You will shape scalable talent frameworks, partner with leaders, and build pipelines, with focus on succession planning, onboarding, and employee growth.

This role offers exposure to a fast-growing ultra-luxury house with diverse international teams across key locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organisational development, psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• SHRM, CIPD, PHR/SPHR certifications considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in performance management or talent development.
• Experience with HR systems and document management.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies across regions.
• Lead performance management programs and succession planning.
• Develop training programs and measure impact across international teams.
• Collaborate with leaders to align talent initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure EVP alignment across TA & TM processes.
