Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Gaming Staff to join the Table Games Operations team. The role focuses on accurate execution of table games, adhering to GCGRA standards and Wynn Al Marjan Island regulations, while delivering warm, professional guest service.

You will deal games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and Poker, monitor compliance, attend briefings, and support promotions while maintaining table integrity in a fast-paced, 24-hour resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; dealer or gaming specialist training preferred.
• Experience as a table games dealer or gaming specialist is advantageous.
• Conversational English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of table game rules; training provided if needed.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work in a 24-hour operating setting, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a smoking environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispense playing cards, collect losing bets and make payments accurately.
• Deal games with an elevated level of professionalism across Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and Poker.
• Adhere to Wynn Al Marjan Island policies and GCGRA table game regulations.
• Attend regular department briefings and participate in promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to players' demands and disputes promptly.
• Build rapport with players and maintain guest relationships.
