Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE invites an accomplished Director – Table Games to lead daily operations of all table games in a luxury casino environment. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of all table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, specialty).
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls and policies.
• Monitor performance, staffing, and floor coverage to optimize productivity.
• Recruit, train, and mentor table games staff with a culture of excellence and integrity.
• Collaborate with Surveillance, Security, Compliance, and Marketing for smooth operations.
• Handle guest relations and resolve escalated issues professionally.
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends and improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director – Table Games to join the Table Games team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of all table games, including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, and specialty games
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies
• Monitor game performance, staffing levels, and floor coverage to optimize productivity
• Recruit, train, and mentor table games staff, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity
• Collaborate with Surveillance, Security, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest relations and resolve escalated issues with professionalism and discretion
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in gaming operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of table games operations, rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a high-volume, luxury gaming environment
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skill
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Multilingual skills and international experience are a plus
• Experience launching table games operations in new or emerging markets
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern gaming regulations and cultural nuances
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high ethical standard
