The National Insurance Company – Daman is seeking an IT Support professional in Abu Dhabi to identify and resolve system inefficiencies, document solutions, and validate changes to ensure stable, reliable systems. You will collaborate with internal teams to review improvements, analyze root causes, and implement approved updates to boost performance.

Required are a Bachelor’s in IT/CS, with a Master’s being a plus, and 1–3 years of IT support experience.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
Certified Application Support Engineer (CASE) or equivalent is a plus.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support.

Summarize and analyze key performance indicators to assess process efficiency and business impact.
Present findings on system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Verify accuracy, security, and functionality of application updates before deployment.
Monitor system logs to detect potential security risks and operational inefficiencies.
