Job summary

Higher Colleges of Technology is seeking a senior leader to head institutional academic assessment strategy and governance. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Measurement, Assessment, Curriculum & Instruction, or Institutional Effectiveness (PhD preferred).
• Minimum 8+ years in higher education academic assessment, quality assurance, or institutional effectiveness.
• 3–5 years in senior management within a higher education institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the institutional academic assessment strategy, framework, and roadmap across all academic divisions.
• Oversee design, verification, moderation, and QA of system-wide assessments (formative, summative, competency-based).
• Ensure alignment with CAA standards, CLOs/PLOs, and specialized accreditation criteria.
• Champion assessment technologies, analytics dashboards, LMS integrations, and AI applications.
• Manage assessment teams and collaborate with senior leadership to drive evidence-based decisions.
