Job summary

Khalifa University seeks an Institutional Effectiveness Senior Specialist to lead the Quality Assurance Framework, manage data collection and analysis, and coordinate accreditation activities. You will produce key institutional publications and support decision‑making across academic and administrative units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Mathematics, IT or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, accreditation, or institutional effectiveness.
• Proven data analysis and visualization skills with strong written and verbal English.
• Experience designing and administering surveys, focus groups, or similar feedback mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement KU’s Quality Assurance Framework aligned with accreditation standards.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, and documentation for QA reviews and audits.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to verify compliance and support improvement initiatives.
• Design and administer surveys, focus groups, and other feedback tools.
