Job summary

Higher Colleges of Technology invites a seasoned leader to drive institutional accreditation, re-accreditation, and compliance across the organization in Dubai. You will shape strategy, manage evidence, and coordinate reporting to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred, with English & Arabic fluency.
• Advanced MS Office; strong knowledge of accreditation/regulatory standards.
• 7+ years in accreditation, quality assurance, or compliance; leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement accreditation and compliance strategy, framework, and annual plans.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise leadership on risks and readiness.
• Build relationships with accreditation and regulatory bodies.
• Lead institutional readiness for accreditation cycles.
• Collect, validate, and manage accreditation evidence and data.
• Prepare and submit self-assessment and compliance reports.
• Track deadlines, findings, and improvement actions.
