Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in IS, data analytics, educational technology or related field.
• Doctoral degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in higher education, preferably QA or institutional research.
• Experience supporting accreditation processes or program assessment cycles.
• Ability to lead process improvement and digital transformation in academic contexts.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the Office of Academic Quality Assurance & Accreditation and assigned colleges, coordinating accreditation and QA activities.
• Coordinate submission of data for the CAA OB EF framework across programs and licensure requirements.
• Develop regular analytical reports on quality indicators and KPIs aligned with OBEF requirements.
• Lead collaboration with colleges to design, implement, and monitor corrective action plans within OBEF for continuous improvement.
• Review and validate evidence submitted by colleges across OBEF indicators for CAA reporting.
• Oversee the design, coordination, and reporting of CLOs and PLOs assessments, aligning with accreditation standards.
• Support preparation of institutional and program‑level accreditation reports for the CAA and international bodies.
• Conduct periodic data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure programs align with institutional policies, QF Emirates, and CAA standards.
• Provide training to faculty and staff on assessment practices and quality systems.
• Focal point for collaboration with IT on technology-enabled solutions and analytics.
• Monitor global QA trends and best practices to recommend innovations.
