Schneider Electric seeks an exceptional Client Manager to own and grow the Sustainability Advisory client portfolio in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will lead client relationships, drive renewals, and expand with cross-service opportunities while guiding proposals and RFP responses with delivery teams.

You will balance client leadership (70%) with techno-commercial work (30%), engaging CFOs, CSOs, and boards to translate strategy into credible investments.

Qualifications

• Client leadership pedigree with proven enterprise relationship ownership.
• Sustainability background and understanding of decarbonization and ESG.
• Experience leading proposals, tenders and RFP responses with credibility.

Responsabilités

• Retain and renew client base with renewal planning and strong client experience.
• Cross-sell and expand across advisory, software, energy efficiency and climate risk.
• Build executive sponsorships and manage holistic client experience across services.
• Lead techno-commercial proposals, ensuring credible, deliverable solutions.
