The ideal candidate has 15–20+ years in Surety Bonds and Financial Guarantees with a strong track record of building and growing profitable books and significant underwriting authority.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years in Surety Bonds and Financial Guarantees.
• Strong leadership and portfolio management experience.
• Proven track record of growing a profitable book of business.
