Job summary

Market Securities is seeking a Middle Office Analyst – Bonds to join our Dubai operations hub. This role focuses on supporting the post-trade lifecycle for Fixed Income, ensuring smooth execution through settlement and maintaining high operational standards.

You will monitor trade capture, confirmations and settlements across Government and Corporate Bonds, SSA, and emerging markets, coordinating with traders, brokers and custodians while resolving settlement breaks and contributing to accurate

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, Operations or Settlements.
• Experience within a broker-dealer, investment bank, asset manager, custodian or clearing firm.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income settlement processes.
• Familiarity with Euroclear and Clearstream is highly desirable.
• Coupon processing experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the post-trade lifecycle for Fixed Income products.
• Monitor trade capture, confirmations and settlement.
• Manage settlements across Government Bonds, Corporate Bonds, SSA and Emerging Markets through Euroclear, Clearstream and domestic markets.
• Investigate and resolve settlement breaks and unmatched trades.
• Liaise daily with traders, brokers, counterparties, custodians and clearing agents.
• Perform reconciliations and support accurate P&L reporting.
• Maintain strong operational controls and elevate risks where appropriate.
• Contribute to high settlement rates and excellent client service.
