Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily operational support to vendors using Amazon retail and inventory systems.
  • Guide suppliers through purchase-order creation, confirmation, processing, and follow-up activities.
  • Help vendors understand shipment requirements, delivery timelines, lead times, and order-status updates.
  • Support product selection expansion by coordinating required catalog and procurement inputs.
  • Train vendors on how to populate, procure, review, and maintain product catalog content.
  • Identify incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrectly formatted catalog information.
  • Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, customers, and internal teams to correct catalog and operational errors.
  • Explain Amazon tools, workflows, and standard operating procedures in a clear and practical manner.
  • Support newly onboarded vendors through structured training and on-ground guidance.
  • Help suppliers resolve process barriers that affect purchase orders, shipments, selection, or product availability.
  • Encourage vendors to develop the capability required to manage routine platform activities independently.
  • Maintain accurate records of requests received, work completed, corrections made, and pending actions.
  • Track vendor issues and follow up until agreed resolutions are implemented.
  • Review operational data to identify repeated errors, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use advanced Microsoft Excel functions to analyze vendor, purchase-order, catalog, shipment, and performance data.
  • Build or maintain reports using Pivot Tables, macros, INDEX-MATCH, VLOOKUP, VBA, and data links.
  • Identify trends that may affect inventory availability, purchasing efficiency, or vendor performance.
  • Participate actively in stakeholder meetings, vendor discussions, and operational review calls.
  • Communicate progress, risks, recurring concerns, and recommended actions to relevant teams.
  • Initiate and own process-improvement projects that simplify vendor-support activities.
  • Develop practical solutions that reduce manual work, errors, delays, and repeated support requests.
  • Deliver assigned projects independently while meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor 's degree in business administration, supply chain, retail, procurement, analytics, operations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience solving operational problems and delivering measurable results.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables, macros, INDEX-MATCH, VLOOKUP, VBA, and data links.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
