Key Responsibilities
- Support vendors with day‑to‑day use of Amazon tools, systems, and retail processes.
- Assist vendors with purchase order management, selection expansion, shipment coordination, and issue resolution.
- Help vendors understand and improve key business inputs that affect availability, buying decisions, and customer‑facing selection.
- Train new vendors on catalog content creation, data population, procurement‑related workflows, and operational system usage.
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, customers, and internal teams to identify and correct catalog, process, or data errors.
- Maintain accurate records of work received, tasks completed, vendor support actions, and process follow‑ups.
- Guide vendors toward self‑sufficiency on the platform by explaining tools, standards, and required actions clearly.
- Support category buying activities by reviewing operational inputs and helping remove blockers in vendor execution.

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, analytics, commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in vendor support, retail operations, inventory support, business analytics, e‑commerce operations, procurement support, or category operations.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering results in an operational or business support role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, tracking, and operational decision support.
- Experience managing projects and working independently with clear ownership of assigned tasks.
