Key Responsibilities

• Support vendors with day‑to‑day use of Amazon tools, systems, and retail processes.
• Assist vendors with purchase order management, selection expansion, shipment coordination, and issue resolution.

• Train new vendors on catalog content creation, data population, procurement‑related workflows, and operational system usage.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, analytics, commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in vendor support, retail operations, inventory support, business analytics, e‑commerce operations, procurement support, or category operations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering results in an operational or business support role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, tracking, and operational decision support.
