Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Dubai is seeking a Gulf Supply Chain Process Automation Intern for a 6-month assignment. You will help drive end-to-end supply chain efficiency, automate workflows, and improve data visibility across Gulf markets.

You will work with cross-functional partners to standardize processes, build dashboards, and promote digital tools adoption, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Recently graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• Strong Excel and data analysis; Power BI, Power Automate are a plus.
• Proven interest in automation, simplification and continuous process improvement.
• Strong analytical approach with ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management in a matrix, international organization.
• Strong English business proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply chain orchestration by assisting in-market planners with recurring tasks.
• Prepare analytics, maintain action trackers, and enable decision-making with insights.
• Monitor key supply chain indicators including stock-outs, service levels, OTIF, and inventory health.
• Support proactive customer service with clear updates and timely problem-solving with partners.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize planning and execution processes.
• Assist automation initiatives by defining requirements, testing solutions, and dashboard improvements.
• Maintain master data and planning parameters to ensure data accuracy.
